The constant barrage of information, misinformation and disinformation on COVID-19 is certainly stressful. Stress is known to increase susceptibility to infections. Read more on that here and here. Taking care of our mental health needs is vitally important if we are to get through the lockdown with our health fully intact.
In this mail, I offer a fun recipe that's easy to make at home with almost any spices you have lying around! It's called "Golden Milk" and it certainly helps my mind, body and soul in times of stress.
Something else I've encountered in online group sessions is how meeting in community allows us social contact. One might underestimate the power of this, but we are social beings and engaging with others whether formally or not, brings peace and rejuvenation.
