They enjoy over a 90% pass rate with their program. The FCC controls the airwaves and they just want to make sure you follow a few simple rules, before you turn your radio on. Once you pass, we will help you program and use your new HAM Radio.

VIDEO. Sewer Authority Mid-Coast (SAM) Director and City Councilwoman, Debbie Ruddock, reports back about the California State Assembly Select Committee on Sea Level Rise and the California Economy.
The panel discussion was held in Foster City 2/7/2020. Among others, Professor Kristina Hill, from UC Berkley, presented.
Rising Ground Water Will Be a Problem Before Sea Level Rise.
This was the second in a series of 3 meetings, one in Encinitas, Foster City and another one coming in April.
The meetings are designed to generate information that will be bundled into a large portfolio of legislation designed to deal with sea level rise. Plus there will be Climate Resiliency Bonds earmarked to the tune of $5-10 billion.
Bottom line is that the $5-10 billion that has been earmarked to deal with sea level rise needs to be distributed right away to get utilities above the rising ground water.

OWN VOICE ARTICLE.
I didn’t agree with Ronald Reagan on many things, but he had a great line:
“I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.” … and that line – and the fear it inspires – is relevant again today.
San Mateo County has proposed a $150 million Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan (CTMP) called Connect The Coastside. Why? Because coastal population growth has, and threatens to, worsen our traffic – to a level three times as slow as our “open road” speeds now – even AFTER spending all this money.
And are we to be the ones paying? Well, let’s divide the answer into pieces.....

PODCAST. Read by Michelle Dragony. Where the Wild Things Are is a 1963 children’s picture book by American writer and illustrator Maurice Sendak, originally published by Harper & Row. The book has been adapted into other media several times, including an animated short in 1974 (with an updated version in 1988); a 1980 opera; and a live-action 2009 feature-film adaptation, directed by Spike Jonze. The book had sold over 19 million copies worldwide as of 2009, with 10 million of those being in the United States.[2]
Sendak won the annual Caldecott Medal from the children’s librarians in 1964, recognizing Wild Things as the previous year’s “most distinguished American picture book for children”.[3] It was voted the number one picture book in a 2012 survey of School Library Journal readers, not for the first time. ~ Wikipedia
