7 Reasons Why You Should Stand Up to the Utility Solar Profit Grab

OWN VOICE. ~ InPerspective by Barry Cinnamon with Gregg Dieguez —

If you don’t speak up now, the Calif. Public Utilities Commission is going to raise your solar electrical rates, move our energy infrastructure expensively in the wrong direction, and miss the opportunity to fix California’s energy infrastructure for us all. Here’s what’s happening on Jan. 27th, and what you can do about it.

Sewer spills near you? Report them! Here’s how…

OWN VOICE. ~ InPerspective by Gregg Dieguez —

I’m hearing that there are flooding and sewer spills coastside which are NOT being reported as such. Not only is that a crime, but things can’t be fixed if there isn’t visible evidence to spur action. If you would, please comment here about any sources who can report such spills (perhaps from Oct. 25th through Jan, 2022) and hopefully provide photos/dates/times.

My concern is that – as I’ve seen elsewhere – if WE don’t keep a record of our complaints, they will get “lost” and we’ll have no record of what each of us has reported.

Exactly 40 years ago, on January 4, 1982 unspeakable tragedy took place in Pacifica when three children, asleep in their beds, lost their lives when a landslide engulfed their home.  How can we possibly honor these lives and ensure this does not happen again?
