Happy New Year Everyone, and a happy hello to those of you who have just joined the community.

I've seen a lot of online posts about folks being super glad 2020 is over and excited for 2021. Sure, last year knocked me off my A-game for a bit when we had to postpone the Centennial Ride, a project I'd been working on for 2+ years to create an epic event celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment, women's right to vote. But thanks to my team, we did a quick pivot to hosting online Women's Motorcycle Conferences.

Alisa's UnimogBecause my big event was canceled, that gave me the opportunity to travel across the country with my honey in a Unimog (it's a German military truck with an RV camper on the back), a long-held desire of ours. We got to see so many National Parks and backcountry places in the USA, all from the comfort of our house-on-wheels.

I also got to ride a *brand new*  Indian Roadmaster traveling across the USA with a fabulous group of ladies on a Scouting Ride of the Centennial Ride. We also got to be in Knoxville, Tennessee, on the 100th Anniversary of the pivotal day that the 19th Amendment was signed. Then I got to host a second Women's Motorcycle Conference and ended the year celebrating the Holidays with my mom and sister. For the first time in our adult lives we are all living on the same coast and within a couple of miles of each other.

So even in a year of myriad setbacks, difficulties, and delays, I was able to fulfill some long-held desires and create some wins, as well as gain clarity about what's important. I hope you've been able to do the same. If you're feeling stuck, and you'd like to move beyond what this past year has thrown at you, I've opened up my calendar up for a handful of one on one appointments. I can help you create peace around what's in the past and help you to chart a course specifically for what you'd like to create instead. Just email me and I'd be honored share some tools and to help.

XO Alisa
The Mid-Atlantic Women’s Motorcycle Rally (MAWMR) opened their 2021 registration yesterday. Through this rally, these fantastic women have raised almost $400,000 to support women facing the many challenges of cancer. Their event is full of parties, games and the camaraderie between women motorcyclists, and is really tons of fun. I've been there, and it's a really great time! Tip: Register early in order to participate in one of their super-fun activities.
