The Friday 5 is a snapshot of the Atlanta real estate market in five fun factoids.

3509 Tanners Mill Circle in Gainesville has the largest backyard in the Atlanta area at 446 acres. It's listed at $17,500,000. Share on Twitter
“That’s a relief” - Former braves relief pitcher and licensed real estate agent Mark Wohler listed his home in June of this year for $1.675 million and it went under contract in only 4 days. The Milton home he and his family totally rebuilt after a fire in 2011 also became the 2012 Roswell Women’s Club Showcase Home. Share on Twitter
Candler Park's namesake is Coca-Cola Company founder Asa Griggs Candler, who donated the land for the park to the city in 1922. He bought the formula for the fountain drink from its inventor in 1888 for $550 (about $13,000 in today's dollars). Not a bad investment. Share on Twitter
