PORTLAND, ME – The Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce a new initiative called “Art @ the Chamber.” The Chamber of Commerce, 443 Congress Street, Portland (See MAP), will now be featuring the works of local artists and its doors will be open to the public for the First Friday Art Walks.
The Chamber will act as a gallery for local artists, and 100 percent of all proceeds are returned to the artist. The Chamber will also allow tours of the art during business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday).
About the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce:
The Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce is comprised of five community chambers, eight communities and PROPEL, its young professionals organization. The Chamber has more than 1,250 member businesses, representing more than 65,000 people in the Greater Portland Area. The Chamber is a non-profit focused on business and economic development, advocacy, education, and programming.

The show will be up for three months and open for the next three FFAWs!
I have shows coming! Next January at Cia's in South Portland, and at Lasell College, Wedeman Gallery in Newtown MA in February. Brrr... let's not think about that now...
