Healthy Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict might seem an indulgent choice for a regular weekday morning, but trust us when we say our lighter, healthier take on the classic breakfast option is deceivingly easy to make and too good to miss. The tang of the mustard, the freshness of the nutrient-packed spinach, the richness of the poached egg and that salty Canadian bacon goodness! You’ll wish every morning was a Monday morning.
Vegetable Hash Topped with a Fried Egg
Ordinary hash can be the thing that puts a well-proportioned breakfast over the edge, bringing you from happily full to overstuffed. Who wants to get out in the sunshine feeling like that? With our veggie hash, you’ll get all that filling goodness without the heaviness. Plus the kale and butternut squash means it’s packed with vitamin C, fiber, potassium, iron and antioxidants! And with a scrumptious fried egg on top, who could resist?
Spinach and Kale Pineapple Juice
