Dinner. Possibly, the most important meal of the day. Aside from its essential health benefits, it’s quite often the only time when the whole family can sit down and eat. Sharing a meal together and talking about the day's events is restorative and precious. But, the menu can get monotonous. We all tend to serve the same dishes week after week, and cooking grilled chicken or frozen enchiladas too often can hurt attendance.

1. Instead of hamburgers, try our healthy salmon spinach burger, full of Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins D and A. 
2. Ditch the mayonnaise-laden tuna fish sandwiches and dive into our flavorful and protein-rich Ahi tuna poke spinach bowl.
3. Pass on the frozen pizza or take-out lasagna and instead add these healthy and freezer-friendly mini chicken and kale meatballs to some whole wheat pasta.
