March is upon us. Although we do not have to endure much winter living here in Florida, spring still brings about some changes for us, such as longer days, spring showers, and even warmer weather.
Most of us are not thinking about Hurricane Season and making sure our insurance plans are current, but now is the time we need to be doing this. In just the past year, we have seen construction starting to boom again. Construction costs have increased considerably so the replacement value of your home has probably increased as well. Now is the time to contact us to make sure your coverage limits are where they need to be.
There have also been many changes in the insurance market. There may be options available that were not available when you originally insured with us, including private Flood insurance which we detail in our latest blog. We want to make sure you have the protection you need, when you need it, so contact your agent this spring, and spring into action!
