Greetings from my home to yours,

I hope you are all keeping well in the midst of the pandemic.

This will surely be a Spring we won't forget. The imposed restrictions are challenging all of us, yet, we comply out of Love and compassion for each other. After all, we are all on this boat together. It seems to me that mother nature herself is cracking her whip and demanding we change our habits and our ways of living.
While the natural world regenerates outside our windows, perhaps it's a good time for us humans to reflect, individually and collectively. So that we can plant the seeds of transition and create a new way of living, a new Earth.

For now the challenge is to sit still in our homes and in our bodies. I hope that some of the tools you have learned in our classes are helping you deal with the stresses and fears of these times. I have reluctantly dragged myself out of my luddite cave and online. It's been a learning curve!
