Help us make the match!

Since 2011, the National Music Festival has provided a tuition-free, immersive classical music learning experience for up-and-coming instrumentalists and conductors. This year we added a new vocal apprentice program.

A generous donor and several board members have pledged $30,000 if it’s matched by your contributions by June 15, the last day of this year’s Festival. We have raised about 40% of the total and we need your help to make the match! Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to NMF. Our future apprentices will thank you! To donate, click here:

Tomorrow: Potpourri Concert
Surprises abound! A delightful assortment of our favorite music spontaneously generated by NMF Apprentices.

Wednesday, June 12, 7:00 p.m.
Bethel A.M.E. Church, Chestertown

Tickets are $15 each ($5 for children and students). Click here to purchase your tickets.

Take a Break!

We are grateful to the community organizations that provided rehearsal snacks for NMF's hardworking musicians through the Hospitality Committee’s Take a Break program during the first week of the Festival!

Sunday: Kitchen Cabinet (leadership of the Hospitality Committee)
Monday: Chestertown Garden Club
Tuesday: Women's League of Washington College
Wednesday: Soroptimist International
Thursday: Friends of NMF
Friday: Eastern Shore Wind Ensemble
Saturday: Historical Society of Kent County

Flowers provided by Unity Church Hill Nursery.

TONIGHT: Please note that due to a printer error, the venue for tonight's concert (Tuesday, June 11) is incorrectly listed in the Festival Guide. The correct venue is Hotchkiss Recital Hall (second floor of the Gibson Center for the Arts at Washington College). We hope to see you there this evening!
