VBS 2021: Make It Matter
 April 20th 9:30am-12pm

FREE virtual training
The North Carolina Vacation Bible School Facebook page is used for offering current information, suggestions, encouragement & support.  It is open for any Kid Ministry person.  Both for leadership & volunteers. On this page we are sharing VBS Snapshots that are 10 min (or shorter) VBS planning tips weekly.  These are bite-sized training & information pertinent to the execution of Vacation Bible School.  Although we mainly focus on Lifeway curriculums, other curriculums are discussed & much of the information is VBS curriculum generic.
The benefit of attending this virtual event is that each breakout will have a chat room where the speaker is present to answer questions & provide suggestions.  Once each volunteer is signed up, they may view the breakouts for up to 30 days.
Churches, please sign up your volunteers!
 Breakout sessions include:
  • Directing VBS for New & seasoned directors
  • Bible content for both Preschoolers & Children
  • VBX & Student VBS
  • Crafting rotations
  • Music rotations
  • Multi-age VBS
  • Backyard Kid’s Clubs
Our primary focus is sharing information & helping to provide suggestions to all those that serve in VBS.

Association Collection Days
April 26-28
10 am to 1 pm each day

When churches, businesses and other community friends unite for the annual Food Roundup, it feeds hundreds and hundreds of boys and girls living at Baptist Children's Homes. When you are feeding BCH cottages across North Carolina that can have as many as a dozen children, it takes a lot of food to fill hungry bellies.

The goal is to collect $400,000 in nonperishable food, supplies and gift cards. Gift cards are extremely helpful in purhasing perishable food items. This equals approximately 700,000 meals and snacks.  Supplies Needed
