OUTRIGGER CANOE CLUB COVID-19 POLICY
Social gatherings exceeding 25 people and up to 125 people are allowed. The maximum number allowed by the Club excludes vendors, service staff, and management who will be working directly with the event. 1.The event host must submit final reservations count and documentation showing proof of full vaccination for all attendees to the Club at least 2 weeks prior to the function date. 2. All attendees must also show proof of full vaccination and identification bearing the same identifying information as the proof of full vaccination on the day of the function. 3. The event host will be responsible for assigning an individual to check-in and validate each attendee’s proof of vaccination and identification on the day of the function. 4. The Club will be responsible for ensuring all service staff and managers assigned to work the function will be fully vaccinated. 5. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited. 6. Face coverings must be worn on Club premises at all times when mingling or away from the tables. 7. Food and beverages must remain on and be consumed at the tables. 8. If the event does not comply with the above regulations, management will be forced to shut down the event after three warnings.
