Moving Forward Together

In the wake of the Election results, after taking a moment to breathe, we know that our work here - and all kinds of organizing work - around a new economy, as well as social and humanitarian issues, not to mention the environment - is so much more vital than ever. We need to gather together, become stronger together, and work for the values, rights and principles we believe in. We are here - in cooperation - in solidarity. Join us, build with us.

We Game-ified Project Vetting!
We aim for all our member-investors to be able to participate in finding great projects for us. To that end, we created a game to help everyone learn what a “great project” might look like, and we played it at our October 26 All-Member Meeting!

Get Involved!

Now that we'r ready to start vetting projects, we are re-starting Community Outreach & Relationship Building (CORB). JOIN US!!

The group formerly known as PBIG (Public Buildings Inventory Group) seeks new members with great community organizing skills. We are looking for those who can help us build our community engagement model and educate the membership in best practices in how to reach out to communities and work together with them, in a horizontal, democratic, grassroots way.

Drop us a line at nycreic– to get involved
