Weekly Newsletter April 16th to 22nd

We're pleased to deliver our weekly news from The Table.  It is meant to keep you informed of the immediate happenings in the life of our community, as well as a celebration of some of the things that have recently happened.

As always, we look forward to seeing you on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. for Christian Education, and 11 a.m. for Worship.
Worship This Week
Sermon:  Something about the Earth
Scripture:  Job 12:7-10
Sermon by: Rev. Joshua Toulouse
Songs for Worship
Each week, we will provide a list of the songs we will be singing at worship, with links for the new ones so you can listen to them on youtube before the service (keep in mind, if a song sounds kind of rock-ish in the video, it won't on Sunday).  Hopefully, this will give you a chance to hear the songs, so you can pick them up more easily during the service.

All Creatures of our God and King
Beautiful Things
For the Beauty of the Earth

Sunday 4/22, after worship - Church Picnic and Prayer Garden Dedication

Church Picnic and Prayer Garden Dedication

On April 22nd after worship, we will be having a church picnic.  People with last names ending in A-H should bring a dessert, I-S bring a side, and t-z bring a salad.  During the picnic, we will be dedicating our prayer garden!  Mark your calendars for fun and fellowship!

Let Us Know about Your Graduates
On May 20th, we will have a reception for our graduates.  If there are any graduates in your family who you would like to have included, please let us know as soon as you can.  Thank you!

Treats for Teachers

Every month, our church provides various kinds of snacks to put into the teacher's lounge at West Haven Elementary School, as a nice way of supporting those who care for and educate the kids in our neighborhood!  We are collecting baked goods as well as prepackaged sweet, salty, or healthy snacks for this purpose.  Snacks should be given to Lisa Holt by April 12th.  This is a great way to put a smile on the face of people with one of the hardest jobs in the world, so please help!

Bethany Hills Summer Camps

Bethany Hills Summer Camps are ON this year!  The dates for the various camps will be posted.  Let us know if you're interested.
