Health hazard
Catcott members
Dear <<First Name>>
IMPORTANT Message to Catcott Residents.
It has become evident over a period of months that somebody is repeatedly bagging and dumping adult human excrement in the village. Predominantly this has been thrown into ditches and dropped in gateways contained in newspaper and nappy bags.
This is totally unacceptable, antisocial and a significant health hazard.
If anyone finds dumped material or witnesses somebody dumping their waste then please report it, immediately, to the Police on 101 and to David Thomas (Lead Coordinator for Catcott Neighbourhood Watch)

Together we will stop this disgusting activity!
