Surveys: 50 Years Since the Six-Day War
In 1967, the Guttman Center for Public Opinion and Policy Research carried out a series of surveys just before, during and after the Six-Day War. In advance of June 5, questions centered on public sentiment before the war and the work of the media. After the war, surveys asked about holding on to the territories that had been conquered, trust in government, the peace process and the way Israel’s citizens perceived Arabs.
