Out with the Old [Forms] and In With the New [Forms]
Alabama Family Trust has updated several forms that you should use from now on. Please delete any older forms that you have downloaded previously.
Representative Matt Fridy and Senator Cam Ward sponsored Bill SB-17 which the Alabama Legislature recently passed. The updated forms reflect changes due to Bill SB-17 and can be found on our Documents page and are marked as "NEW!":
