Free Case Management Assessment Services
for Its Beneficiaries
Alabama Family Trust thinks our beneficiaries will benefit from case management assessments to:
- Pinpoint all governmental benefits that beneficiaries might be eligible to receive
- Help beneficiaries and their families manage their care
- Recognize any other areas of need
Alabama Family Trust's Charitable Trust Fund will pay for these assessments so that our beneficiaries do not incur any cost.
