Weather Cooling - Market Still Hot

As the weather cools, the market remains hot, but I'm quickly running out of listings! Properties often selling within a matter of days at record prices!

I had a very successful auction last week, selling 23 Rita Way under the hammer, and maintaining my 100% success rate with auctions.  That does leave me with two buyers who missed out!
