Here we go again, Level 3! Due to Level 3 COVID restrictions, all Open Homes are cancelled until Level 2. However, private viewings are still permitted with social distancing observed. Please call to arrange a viewing of any of my properties below. 

The market is still busy, with some properties selling well before auction. 
Good quality coastal property is still in demand with high enquiry levels for properties in the $1.9m-$2.5m bracket, in this time of Covid-19 people are wanting a beachy getaway to escape to close to Auckland - contact me now if you are considering selling and would like a no-obligation appraisal. 

It is also an opportune time to talk about the relevance of CV's - I'm frequently fielding questions from buyers asking how reflective the CV is when comparing to actual prices. Omaha's CV's were struck in 2017, so they are a long time out of date and not reflective of today's prices.
