Merry Xmas  - Goodbye 2018, Hello 2019
 
What a year it has been. The market in Omaha and the surrounding Matakana Coast has had a few ups and downs, however the demand for high quality coastal property has remained high.

The numbers of properties selling during the year did stall, mainly due to the fact of people sitting on their hands and riding out the uncertainty of the economy and taking their time during the buying process. However, over the past few months, properties have been selling, some quite quickly and I expect this to continue well into the New Year.
 
I will have even more properties coming onto the market in the New Year, and just this week have listed this cute little two bedroom bach at
10 Caroline Heights, Omaha. Its first time on the market in 30-years.
 
While there aren’t any open homes until the second week of January, I still have thirteen properties on the market in Omaha, Point Wells and Matakana. I will be available throughout the holiday period to discuss any properties or to organise a viewing.
