Level 3 - New Ways of Doing Things

Well, we made it to Level 3! As a community we should be proud of ourselves, on a whole, people handled Level 4 reasonably well, now it's fingers crossed we can move down to Level 2 reasonably quickly. 

As I've said previously, I think we have a long road ahead before we get to the other side, and the way we have lived prior to Covid-19 will change, in fact, it has changed.  I think we will enjoy our own backyards better, and value and appreciate the communities we are in, and in making choices for better safe and healthy lifestyles.

I remained busy during lockdown, selling an off-market property in Omaha with serious enquiry on a number of others, as well as enquires to appraise and list more in the coming days. 

While there won't be any traditional open homes like we've enjoyed in the past, property viewings will be undertaken via an appointment basis with Covid-19 protocols. 

Simply drop me a line, or call me with the property you want to view, a preferred time and I'll meet you there. 

Once you arrive at the property, we will observe social distancing, there will be hand sanitiser to use on entry and exit, as well as optional face masks should you wish. 

Traveling to Omaha during level 3 to view a property is permitted, as it is still within Auckland City and classified as 'local'.
