Enquiry Levels Still High

After a couple of weeks of Level 2, I can report that enquiry levels for Omaha and the surrounding area still remains high. 

I've been busy doing 1 on 1 viewings, almost a dozen last week alone, with potential buyers taking advantage of my online book system at Book2View.

These economic conditions always bring out the 'bargain hunters', however, I expect property values to remain high in the Omaha area. Well positioned, well constructed and high-quality coastal properties will always be in demand.

I think more than ever, a coastal getaway is going to be popular with Kiwi's. Travelling overseas won't be feasible for the foreseeable future, so what better way to relax than this beautiful beachside destination just over the causeway. 

I have a number of people 'looking' to make their next move in Omaha - what I fondly call the 'Omaha Shuffle'. If you're in a similar situation, wishing to upsize or downsize, please do get in touch and share with me your requirements, I may be able to match you with the perfect property. I currently have a wide variety of options available priced between $1.4m - $3.0m.
