Omaha Prices Remain Strong

Prices in Omaha remain strong and the market is hot.  Properties are coming onto the market, but not in great numbers, and generally, they are selling quite quickly. If you are looking to secure a property in Omaha, there is no better time than now.

I don't do auctions very often, but when I do, it is because the process is suited to the type of property, the market conditions and my ability to negotiate after the fall of the hammer should it not sell.
