The 'Kiwi Bach' in hot demand
 
When a ‘Kiwi bach’ comes onto the market, they are always popular with buyers and are always in hot demand. If they have all of the right attributes, they generally sell quite quickly.   
 
Properties with all the right fundamental characteristics like good location and street presence, well-presented, good practical layouts and no building issues – always sell.
 
Just listed this week is 6 Tio Lane in Omaha – the quintessential ‘Kiwi bach’ and despite having only been on the market for just a matter of days, I’ve already fielded a lot of interest in it from active buyers in the market.
