Yes, you might long for the razor-sharp precision of Muller's Scharzhofberg, or the deft, ethereal watercolors of Fritz Haag. Or you may, on occasion, need the profound intensity and sheer concentration of Dr. Weil's Grafenberg. Or on the other hand, you may simply prefer the utility, allied to the sophistication of a dry Riesling in its finest form; Grosses Gewachs.
