Cholla Nicoll and Robert Proctor join our Leadership Team
Friends uses a shared leadership structure with a Leadership Team as an umbrella over teams working in specific areas: Membership, Education, Outdoor Events, Restoration, Science-based Research. There are coordinators for the members working in each area. It is a fluid arrangement with the teams working independently and sharing their progress and needs with the Board of Directors. Cholla and Robert have agreed to serve on the Leadership Team beginning now in January, replacing Rita Bradley and Sally Lockwood.
This arrangement involves more people and lets everyone work in an area they particularly enjoy. If you want to be involved, choose a team and email us expressing your interest sonoitacreek@gmail.com.
