AC Advisory Council Meeting - Friday, May 5th at 7:30 a.m.

The next ACAC meeting will be on Friday, May 5th at 7:30 a.m. in Building D, Conference Room B. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. We especially welcome parents of freshman and sophomores to get involved! Predictably, we'll be losing a few parents as their kids graduate this June. So come and meet other parents, find out what is going on in AC, let your voice be heard at BHS! Also, the first part of each meeting is typically set aside for Public/Parent comments and questions.

AC Graduation Update
Celebrate The Class of 2016
\We're stepping it up for our seniors this year!
In addition to the larger all-school graduation at the Greek Theater on the UC Berkeley campus on June 17, there will  be a more intimate graduation celebration for AC seniors and their families on June 7 at the BHS Community Theater.
AC Seniors and families - please come on Tuesday, June 7 at 6:30pm for a light-hearted AC graduation gathering. There will be speakers and entertainment,  and graduates will receive their AC stoles in the Community Theater.

Immediately following, there will be a reception featuring an espresso cart, desserts and fruit along with music and other exciting surprises!
This event is for teachers, administrators and especially AC graduates and their families!  It's free of charge and all food and drinks will be provided. So please plan to relax and celebrate this important time with your graduate!
To make this work, we need more volunteers (from families of students of any grade) to help ahead of time with planning, and with set up and break down on the day of event.  Can you pitch in an hour or two? It will be a preview of coming attractions and a chance to pay it forward!

To help, contact parent event organizer Elisabeth Ross,
More details to come, so keep an eye out for additional AC  Graduation Updates in the weeks leading up to graduation!
