Coaching Tip of the Week!

September 21, 2015

Please make sure all of your players bring the proper equipment to training.  This includes the blue shorts and gray training shirt and shin guards.  They need to have more water than they could possibly drink too.  The one piece of equipment that seems to get overlooked more than most is to have a properly inflated ball at training.  It is not possible to train properly without a ball at the right psi.  As a coach, it helps to have a pump the kids can use once they get to training to make sure their ball is ready to be used.
