                          THANK YOU!!!

Thank You for praying for our family and for the specific prayer requests we listed in our last newsletter. We are so excited to announce that we found housing here in Carlsbad, CA. Its right down the road from Project Walk and its perfect. We shared our hearts with the manager of the condo and told her we would love to rent this place but we honestly can't afford it. She lowered the rent over $1,000/month. We said YES in faith to rent the condo even though we did'nthave enough finances to afford $2,500/month in rent and that same night we got a call that our first month was covered. PRAISE GOD! Since then we have had two other people offer to donate towards our housing here in Cali. We will be here in Carlsbad, California at Project Walk till June 30th.
Thank You for partnering with us in prayer for this need to be met. Please continue to keep us in your prayers that the rest of the finances are covered.

John has been documenting our journey at Project Walk through video's. It makes it alot easier to show you what's been going on verses trying to explain how many different ways my legs get twisted in different excersices that I can't remember the names of.  :-)

John just finished the "Train your Trainer Program"

What does that mean?
We are now able to go into Project Walk at any time during the week and use the ENTIRE facility and the equipment for FREE!
John took on a intense week of learning and now knows how to work as my "nervous system" and take me through all the different exercises. We will still use a trainer 1-2 times a week 2 hours each time and they will help me walk on the treadmill and a FES bike. The FES bike is a impressive piece of equipment that is hooked up to electronic stimulation and helps build up my muscles that need extra help. We are not allowed to use those 2 pieces of equipment on our own. They will continue to alter our work out program that they assigned to us as I continue to get stronger.

FIRST time to transfer out of my wheelchair to the floor!!!
John and I were blessed with the opportunity to share our story with a Christian TV show. We shared about how we first got into missions, how john and I met, and shared about the accident. We are very excited to share this with you and it will be on youtube soon. I will send you a link to where you can watch it as soon as the TV station releases it.

Turns TEN years old tomorrow!
We love this amazing girl and are very blessed to be her parents. She has a big heart and is always the first one to step in and help anyway she can. She is a awesome big sister and has taken on helping me (her mommy) in so many ways this past year. She loves the Lord and enjoys bible class with dad every morning. She is currently working hard at 4th grade and is getting good grades.
