LOV(E) Letter
Hello Royals,
We did it! we crossed over $100,000 ( $101,881.23 as of this morning) in funds raised for our teachers with this year's Boosterthon, and that means a couple of our top winning classrooms, and maybe an admin or two will get ice bucketed next week once all of the final numbers settle out. All of the proceeds go right to our teachers, and we're incredibly grateful for your support and for sharing our fundraiser with friends and family. Tomorrow will be our Fun Run, and we are encouraging all scholars to wear light colored tshirts and comfortable running shoes. The event will be outside, and it's not too late to come and help.
Next week is our last week of the quarter, and teachers are finalizing grades. Scholars, keep working hard, and let's finish this first quarter well. Report cards will not be printed, but will be available after fall break in Parent Vue. Our Awards Ceremonies will always be the second week after our Quarter break (October 24-28) on the following schedule:

On Monday October 31, we will have our annual Parade of Characters, and we ask that scholars to choose a literary or historical character to dress up as for our parade. The parade will begin at 9:00 am. It's a great opportunity for friends and classes to choose a book or time period, and bring to life these famous characters. Parents are welcome.
Next week, we will have Spirit week to celebrate the end of quarter 1.
