Virtual Cooking Classes from Bologna Italy!
Join us as we learn the secret to delicious Italian food with the help of Luca and Rosanna from the ALCE Bologna School. Luca Armaroli is sommelier AIS - Maestro Degustatore ONAF Direttore ABC-Alce bologna Cucina. He and Rosanna work directly with you (virtually) as we learn the techniques to create these delicious dishes. March 20th, we are going to make Sea Bass, Spaghetti with Asparagus and Clams. Panzanella (Tuscan superstar salad!) Very special Lemon Desert, Cremosa al Limone' (or if you prefer orange you may substitute) These classes always sell out. We work in small intimate groups.
