As 2015 comes to a close, it's time to reflect on what we learned in 2015, and anticipate what's to come in 2016. For us, 2015 again saw consistency in the demand for Talent in WFM, BI & Sales across most industries, and a decrease in traditionally busy areas such as Operational leadership and across the BPO industry. "Customer Experience Mapping", "Business Intelligence", "Big Data" and "Insights" have been hot topics of conversations and we have seen a significant growth in demand for experienced Data specialists in particular.
As the digital revolution continues, our customers businesses and needs are changing therefore we have created 3 distinct divisions that will specialise in Customer Engagement, Sales & Digital and IT & Projects (please see our website for more details). In 2016 we will putting equal focus into these areas across Australia and NZ with Scott focussing on Customer Engagement, while Jen will look after Sales & Digital and IT & Projects. That said, we think 2016 will be the year of Analytics!
