As we wrap up FY'15 we observe that many industries have faced similar challenges over the year, and have consistent strategies for FY'16 which (fortunately for us) focus heavily on Customer Centricity (and Experience) and Process Optimisation. While many job families that we work on haven't seen significant wage increases or high demands (especially in Senior/Executive space), some of the shining lights are in Workforce Optimisation, Business Intelligence/Insights/Analytics and Digital (UX/UC and Optimisation). As such we have been putting more and more focus on these areas and are increasingly looking abroad to source specialist talent as the experience (as distinct from capability) is often not present locally.
New Zealand remains a positive geography for us, despite a slow down in the Economy and lowering exchange rate (which may be a good thing) with Operational and Specialist role (WFO/M and BI/Reporting) remaining solid.
