Message from the Managing Director

"Digital", "Customer Experience" (CX) and "Business Intelligence" (BI) remain prominent conversations with Customers, and a recent infographic we put out demonstrates that creating a "Customer-First Culture" (40.3%) and the "Digital transformation of the Business" (23.2%) are critical to delivering CX expectations. As another barometer,  Consulting firm Accenture has recorded double digit growth in its Digital business as "clients are facing challenges in trying to understand how digital is transforming their businesses, and how to best execute in a changing environment" says North America CEO, Julie Sweet. As for the the future of CX, and in particular technology, there is undoubtedly more noise around Artificial Intelligence and continued movement from On Premise to Cloud Solutions. 

Generally, unemployment rates have remained around 5.7% however ANZs Australian Job Ads Research saw increases in Job Advertisements (2.4%) and Internet Job Ads (2.6%) and stated "the economy is tracking along quite well and the transition to non mining activity is occurring".

Technology has dominated our business of late, with engagements in highly technical Engineering, Technical Support, Business Intelligence, and into Pre-sales and Solution Sales. Currently, we are working on Operational roles such as Sales Operations Manager, Sales Contact Centre Manager, and Workforce Analyst (Contract). 

In the next quarter, we expect more of the same activity from customers however we will also be busy refreshing our website and and moving into our new office at L15, 470 Collins Street. 

Otherwise, we hope the EOFY goes well for you and for a busy FY17 for all.
