MONDAY, MAY 13 - Healthy Body; Healthy Mind workshop, Ongar Leisure Centre, The Gables, Fyfield Road, Ongar (5.30pm-7pm). Healthy Minds (West Essex IAPT) has partnered with Places for People Leisure and Provide to deliver the workshop to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2019. This year’s theme for the week is Body Image. The workshops will allow participants the opportunity to explore wellbeing including positive body image, self-esteem and self-belief whilst also focusing on the positive effects of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. The content will consist of a presentation, followed be a gentle and enjoyable 45 minute exercise class which is pitched for everyone’s pace and ability. The workshops are free to attend but spaces are limited: Booking is essential via www.healthybody-healthymind.eventbrite.com
