Only 9 days until PyCon Canada! We can’t wait for all of us to get together in Toronto! Here are a few more details about the event, while we count down the days.

Tutorials
Tutorials are 1-hour hands-on workshops on a specific topic, and run in parallel to the three talk tracks. Tutorials are included in your ticket, but have limited seating! If you’d like to attend one, register in advance by adding your name to the wiki:

Sprints
November 12 and 13th will be dedicated to sprints! Sprints are two days of intensive learning and development on an open source project of your choice, in a team environment. They will be held at the The Design Exchange (234 Bay St). If you’d like to participate, all you have to do is show up! You can also add your name to the projects being sprinted on in advance. No previous experience required.

Childcare
There are still a few spots left for our childcare service. We’re accepting children from 12 months - 10 years old, and there’s a limited number of spaces. The deadline is this Sunday, November 4. You can register or find more info below:

Pre-conference Party!
Looking to meet some PyCon Canada attendees before the conference starts on Saturday?
Top Hat has offered to host a pre-conference party the Friday before the conference (November 9).

Tutoriels
Les tutoriels sont des ateliers d’une heure oû vous plongerez dans un sujet spécifique, ils auront lieu en parallèle des trois salles de présentations classiques. Les tutoriels sont inclus dans votre ticket, mais les places sont limitées! S’il y en a auxquels vous voulez participer, inscrivez-vous en avance en ajoutant votre nom au wiki:

Sprints
Les 12 et 13 novembre seront dédiés aux sprints! Les sprints sont deux jours d’apprentissage intensif et de développement sur un projet libre de votre choix, le tout, en equipe. Les sprints auront lieux à The Design Exchange (234 Bay St). Si vous souhaitez participer, vous n’avez qu'à vous présenter sur place! Vous pouvez aussi ajouter votre nom aux projets propose en avance. Aucune expérience n’est requise.

Service de garde
Il y a encore quelques places de libre au service de garde. Nous acceptons les enfants de 12 mois à 10 ans, et les places sont limitées. Les inscriptions ferment le dimanche 4 novembre. Vous pouvez vous inscrire ou trouver plus d’infos ci-dessous:

Vous souhaitez rencontrer les participants de PyCon Canada avant le début de la conférence samedi ?
