Epping Forest MP Eleanor Laing congratulates Home Instead on Queen's Award for Enterprise
Epping Forest MP Eleanor Laing visited the Epping offices of Home Instead Senior Care to congratulate staff on the national company's Queen's Award for Enterprise.
Mrs Laing visited the Epping Forest franchise on Tuesday after Home Instead Senior Care was recognised with the award for innovation.
Home Instead was launched in the UK in 2005 and arrived in Epping Forest in 2013.
The award recognises Home Instead Senior Care's work which helps people continue to live in the comfort of their own homes.
Epping Forest franchise owner Victoria Rigby said: "We are proud that the company has won many awards, as have many of our CAREGivers, in recognition of the quality of the care we provide. It is our declared mission to change the face of ageing and this award is proof that we are well on our way to achieving this aim."
Mrs Laing said: "I was delighted to visit Home Instead's Epping offices and congratulate the staff on the award and on their continuing work in the local community helping many people to continue to live in their homes and in their local communities.
“I have watched with great admiration the way in which Victoria has taken this brilliant project forward over the last few years. I think it is the personal touch that she and her colleagues bring to their work that makes it so successful."
