Epping Forest MP Dame Eleanor Laing visited the Restore Community Centre in The Broadway, Debden, ahead of their move out of their current premises.

Restore has provided a range of community activities at its Broadway base for the last six years but is now preparing to move its groups and activities to other venues in the area.

The outlet for the Epping Forest Foodbank, which operates at Restore on Saturday mornings, will be moving to Debden Library at Epping Forest College.

Other activities will be transferred to Trinity Church in Mannock Drive and Oakwood Hill Community Centre.

Dame Eleanor said: "I was delighted to visit Restore and meet the staff and some of the local people who benefit from its activities.

"Restore provides a wide range of activities and I am pleased that these will be able to continue when Restore spreads its wings around the Debden and Loughton area."

Restore's last day at The Broadway is Saturday, June 23.
