Participate in a 4-day research cruise on the R/V Oceanus September 12-15, 2019. Applications are accepted from students from Oregon Coast STEM Hub school districts who will be starting 12th grade in the Fall, and from students enrolled in Oregon public universities or community colleges.

Join the authors of Ellie's Strand: Exploring the Edge the Pacific to connect upper elementary literature with nature journaling, observation, and stewardship field experiences. Summer is the perfect time for learners of all ages to pick a community science project that supports personal interests and contributes to answering research questions underway in local communities. Participate in a BioBlitz

Help scientists conduct an intensive survey of a defined area on a single day with the goal of identifying all the species to be found in that area at one time. It’s a snapshot of biodiversity.
