Visting the LowCountry in February?
You might be scratching your head and wonder why an International Film Festival in Beaufort SC??

Beaufort has been the location for many great films including: Forrest Gump, The Great Santini, The Big Chill, GI Jane, The Prince of Tides and The Legend of Bagger Vance just to name a few.  Actors and Actresses have been living, working, and playing in the low country for many years and you never know who you will meet when visiting the low country.

Last Year we visited  the Southeastern Wildlife Expo and I wrote about it in my blog

Enjoy LowCountry seafood, take a tour full of history, see hand carved decoys & furniture and meet sculptors, and wildlife painters. It's worth the trip!

FolkHeart Dolls by Pat & Carolyn
While I was working on the Whimsical Wood Heart Book Marks last month for Valentines Day; I was inspired to use the wood hearts for doll faces.

I needed help, so I turned to my friend Pat and together we designed and created our FolkHeart Dolls.

It's all about Conferences, Shows, Customer Creations & Creative Projects

We get so many wonderful ideas and learn new things about the creative and business world when we venture out of our space at GlassEyesOnLine.  That is why Jerry and I make arrangements to attend conferences and shows each year.

We even have a Pinterest Board where we post information about this topic for our followers.   We'd love to hear from you if you are attending, presenting, or a vendor in any conferences or shows this year.  E-mail the information to info@glasseyesonline.com  We'll pin it on our Conferences and Shows Pinterest Board and have it posted on our social sites for our followers.

While researching and planning our schedule for 2017; I came across The Ultimate Guide to Conferences for Creatives in 2017.  Mallory Whitfield created this list and it includes shows outside of the USA.  I put on my wish list for 2018 to attend a conference in another country so if you are one of our International readers; we'd love to hear from you about shows you recommend on your side of this big blue marble we call our home!!

We hope to see you at:

If you haven't visited the Customer Creations Site in a while; check out our new Puppets & Marionettes Page. If you make puppets, we'd like to talk with you for a future newsletter that will be focusing on the art and craft of Puppetry.  Contact us at info@glasseyesonline.com

I like to make things for holidays and there are two coming up.  Check out My Blog to see what I made for Valentines Day & Saint Patrick's Day.  If you are working on a project that uses our products, we'd love to see photos of your work in progress and the finished product.  E-mail us at info@glasseyesonline.com
