Ian Agol, '92 Caltech graduate in Mathematics and Arthur McDonald (PhD '70) and the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory receive the 2016 Breakthrough Prize in Mathematics and in Fundamental Physics, respectively. Previous PMA Laureates include 
Alexei Kitaev (2013) and John Schwarz 
(2014) in Physics.
