Principal's Report
Season’s Greetings!
As we move through this joyful, yet hectic time of year, I hope you find some quiet time to reflect on the beauty of the season. During the month of December, we talk with students about the many ways to show kindness, caring, and empathy toward others. We speak to students about these qualities and the importance of starting some Peace on Earth right here at Hidden Lakes.

This year our PTA is helping us put our words into actions by once again reaching out to those less fortunate. By collecting warm coats, hats, and gloves for others, our students gain the invaluable life lesson of “giving." Each time a student drops an item into the collection, he or she feels a part of giving back to our community.

Thank you for supporting our efforts, and may you and your families experience a holiday filled with the magic of the season.

Mustang Proud,
Melanie L. Graham, Principal

Upcoming Events & Important Info

Thank you to all of the wonderful families that made it to the Secret Santa Shop! It was a huge success! The children were especially excited to see Santa, and they were even more surprised when our school mascot, Lightening, made an appearance as well! Thank you again for helping us create such a special time for the children, as well as for the adults, who enjoyed shopping at our vendor fair while their children participated in arts and crafts.

Arts and crafts generously provided by Kinn Real Estate.

Thanks so much to all of our special donors! Our Secret Santa Shop was a huge success this weekend and we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you again for your tireless efforts and support!

Thanks so much for all you do!

Our 2nd Annual Winter Coat Drive was a huge success! Thank you to everyone that donated. It's because of your generosity that HLES will be able to give to our greater Keller community.

The week of the drive we collected a total of approximately 450 winter weather pieces, including coats, hats, scarves and gloves. That's right up there with the amazing amount we collected last year, with one exception, we actually collected MORE coats this year! WOW!! Those in need throughout our community will be ever so thankful as temperatures drop over the next couple of months.

Thank you again and may you all have a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

Here's a sweet treat to try this holiday while the kids are home ...
