Volunteers are needed to support the Brose and Martinez families for David Brose’s memorial service on Sunday, Oct 9. Help by baking, setting up, or cleaning up.
This Sunday October 2nd, is designated as World Communion Sunday, which celebrates our oneness in Christ with all our brothers and sisters around the world.
Because we will be taking communion this weekend, we will not be observing it the following Sunday.
Saturday, October 8 from 3-7pm at Camp McCullough. Join us for hot dogs and brats, root beer garden, pretzels, apple cider and loads of fun activities for the whole family! Hear about the ministries using our Camp McCullough campus and maybe lend your support to camp! $10 per person or $25 per family.
The men of First Pres are invited to an afternoon of brewing Winter Ale with Shannon Strozyk!
Brewing commences on Saturday, October 1st from 1-4pm at Shannon Strozyk's place in Dupont.

Decorate a Trunk
Our popular Trunk-or-Treat event is back on October 29 from 3pm-5pm in the church parking lot, and we are looking for fun people to create themed trunks and pass out candy to adorably dressed-up kids. We'll provide the candy, you provide the décor!
We are matching prayerful adults to our FPC kids and encouraging both to pray for one another for 40 days this fall. We'll provide weekly supporting material for prayer focus. Sign up by this Sunday Oct. 2to have your child be prayed for or sign up to pray for a child.
Do you like to eat? Do you like to play games? Do you like to fellowship? If you like to do any of these activities, we have the event for you!!

FPC Tacoma's Trunk-Or-Treat is coming up on Saturday, October 29th from 3pm-5pm in the church parking lot. Last year was a blast, and so we're doing this a fun and safe event again !

Missions: Erin and Brendan Connally and family, in Peru with Serving In Mission, keep a busy schedule. Brendan teaches Bible stories orally to people who can't read. Erin is a dentist and travels to several areas. Please pray God's direction in all the plans that they need to make.
