Spring Update 2017

Your go-to-guide to create great content on My Community Life

1. Include a catchy title
This is the first thing people will see, make it engaging to catch your audience's attention.
2. Keep it short and simple
Include important information but don't write paragraphs - less is more! Keeping it short and simple will help the overall layout and appeal of your page and people will more easily understand your content.
3. Be specific
Make sure you always include specific details and key words that describe your activity. Recurring activities can be set to weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Don't forget to use categories - this helps people to search for your page.
4. Include a photo
A picture can tell 1000 words - pick a high quality and unique picture for your page, this can really help you stand out from the crowd! Portrait photos look best.
5. Regularly update
It is important to make sure your content is up to date. Updating your profile regularly will not only ensure all your details are up to date it will give your group more exposure on the site's home page.
6. Preview your page
Preview your page before submitting to check the layout of your page, pick up any typos and see how it will look once its online. See these instructions to enable the preview function.
