Sydney North Primary Health Network AGM & Future of Primary Healthcare discussion

Thank you to our primary healthcare stakeholders, the SNPHN Board and SNPHN Members for attending Sydney North Primary Health Network’s first Annual General Meeting and panel discussion on Thursday 10th November.

147 people attended this event at the picturesque Kirribilli Club, and enjoyed an interactive panel discussion on “The Future of Primary Healthcare” from the following healthcare professionals:

Graduate Nurse Primary Care Transition Program

SNPHN are seeking expressions of interest from General Practices who would like to participate in the Primary Care Graduate Nurse Transition Program, being offered in partnership with Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS). With a similar concept to GP registrar training, the Transition Program has been specifically designed for recently graduated Registered Nurses entering primary care directly from university studies.
