Photos of our new bench with carved marque and fencing by our pondNews update on our 2.5km loop

Our 2.5km loop has been causing quite a stir and we’re almost ready to welcome you.

We’re fenced off the pond to make sure the area is safe for younger children and we’re putting the final touches in place with waymarkers and our own specially-designed benches.

Everyone is welcome - pushchairs, bikes, scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, runners and those who just want to pause and enjoy our view. Watch this space - we’ll be up and (ahem!) running soon.

Now on - Summer Sale

The good weather looks set to stay so hurry on down as our beautiful summer range of garden, home, lighting and florals won’t last long. Selected Joules clothing also on sale.

The Scotsman Food & Drink Awards 2018

We are delighted to announce that we are finalists in The Scotsman’s Food & Drink Awards 2018, for our use of Scottish products. We’ll keep you posted.

Connage Gouda, Loch Leven's Larder Summer Gin and Three Pistons Ale from Eden MillAugust recommendations: cheese, gin & beer

Cheese of the Month: Connage Gouda with Cumin Seeds
Fresh flavoured and versatile, Connage Gouda reflects the stunning environment where the cows graze on sustainably farmed land by the Moray Firth.

Beer of the Month: Three Pistons Ale, Eden Mill
A fruit punch juice box pale ale backed by a clean, light malt bill of Scottish ale malt and carapils. It’s awash with citrus and tropical notes with a bitterness to suit the drinkability of this beer.

Gin of the Month: Loch Leven’s Larder Summer Gin
We are so excited about our new summer gin, and hope readers won’t mind that we have chosen it as our gin of the month!

In collaboration with a renowned distiller and herbalist, Emma has created a refreshing gin with a delicate bouquet of summery botanicals. The sweet aroma of elderflower blossoms and uplifting geranium are balanced beautifully with the depth of earthy angelica and the light sweetness and spice of coriander for a fresh finish. Garnish with any combination of citrus and summer berries for the perfect drink on a warm summer evening.

Photos of Channel Farm with combine & plantingDown on Channel Farm - August report

First day of harvest, last day of planting - this is the first time the two have ever coincided on Channel Farm due to the extremely long winter and dry summer we have had.

"Just been for breakfast, first time and will definitely be back. Nice staff and good food. Cup of tea was amazing!"
5* review, Facebook, July 2018

"Most recent visit coincided purely by chance with the Broccoli Festival, judging by the cars in the car park we thought we’d be lucky to get a table. Thankfully this was not the case. Prompt service, piping hot (and very delicious) Broccoli & Blue Cheese Soup with a visit later for coffee and cake."

"Lovely welcome by the coffee shop manager. He was the right mix of efficient / friendly and I felt at home right away... Highly recommend and can see why this destination is so well thought of in our industry!"
