To All My Patients:
Thank you for your continued discipline and sacrifice. These massive individual changes all of you have made have allowed us to see the slowing of COVID-19. It is because of what everyone is doing with social distancing that we are seeing positive change. That is something to be proud of. Understand, we are not out of the woods regarding this virus. As I’m writing this, Boston is a hot spot. I believe continued discipline will be the fastest way to resume the freedom of life’s pleasures.
I believe with most decisions in life, it is risk vs. reward. The choices we make define our direction and who we are. Some want to leave their home, while others are working tireless hours wanting to be home. If you choose to stretch the limits and test your boundaries, I would advise to use caution regarding this virus and please do so with respect for others. This disease appears to confront one’s truths. It is also allowing us to find contentment in our lives regardless of situations. Keep in mind the past is a story and the future is a story; the only thing that is real is right here and now.
This situation makes one realize the importance of every second of every minute of every hour of every day. I’m hoping there is a part of you that can appreciate that life is a gift and perhaps there will be some changes in your life to allow you more happiness, joy and peace. Life should have fun and laughter. For those of you needing help, please ask because there are more resources now than ever. For those of you with abundance, I encourage you to give. Often giving a helping hand will help you more than the one in need. Always keep moving one evolution at a time and don’t ever give up on yourself.
Stay strong, stay positive and this too shall pass. The office continues to be open and operating with a flexible schedule for our safety. Stay hydrated, keep moving, and eat well.
