Don’t panic, live your life. Be clean, wash your hands well and often-and don’t touch your face, clean your house, improve you surroundings. Eat well, drink water and take your supplements. I believe with all health, you need to boost your immune system to have the strength to fight infection of all kinds. The healthier you are the better your chances of fighting any disease.
Things you can do to boost your immune system:
Get adjustments to improve your nervous system, which is the electrical system that turns on the human body.
Have a nutritional consult to improve your immune system.
Eat green vegetables and healthy oils-extra virgin olive oil, avocados, salmon, nuts, coconut oil.
No sugar - sugar reduces your immune function by 50% or more for at least 30 minutes after ingesting.
Drink water - 1/2 your body weight in oz./day and more if you’re exercising. Just do the best you can and make a step in a positive direction. The human body is approximately 60% water.
Exercise-just do a little more than you’re doing and try to continually improve.
Stretch – to make you feel good, even if it’s trying to push and stretch yourself out of bed or a wheelchair.
Breathe - oxygen is vital to the human body’s health.
